5'6, 135 pounds ,14, female,soccer/hockey player, fat tens to wrap around waist?
I need some tips for evening out my belly fat as it tends to clump on my" love handles" I play sports constantly but my belly fat still remains, I believe it has something to do with my diet as I eat alot of meats. Would stop eating meats help the situation? I am 14, but my body seems rather close to being fully teenaged developed as people state I look much older/
