Answers:

You need to take her to the ER vet.

Apply pressure and make sure it doesn't pass out and don't leave it! And try to look for a vet online while holding the dog I'm no expert but that's all I know.

Call your vet; if he doesn't have an answering service for emergencies, he may have the contact information for your local emergency clinic on the message.

If your vet doesn't have it, go through the phone book and call them all. Call your local animal shelter. Look up their ad in the yellow pages; there may be emergency information there.

If you really can't find anyone, keep the pup still (crate her if you can) and be at your vet's door when he arrives to open in the morning.

but some neosporn on it and then put a gauze pad on top and wrap it up. try not to let her move too much (i know that's hard) it should be fine until the morning. usually dogs stitches do this. as long as she is not playing outside in the dirt then it really isn't a big deal. the worst that can happen is that it will take a little longer to heal and the scar will be a bit bigger than usual.

After a week, a lot of the surface healing should be well under way, but certainly not healed. If the stitches have torn the skin you would see a little blood. I would search online for local Vets. Many have 24 hour helplines. You should probably contact a Vet ASAP. If it's internal bleeding it could be a pretty serious problem.

Is the dog is pain?

Will she lie down?

Consider these questions when calling a Vet.
