How to reduce the size of my thighs and get rid of cellulite before volleyball season?
So my volleyball team is getting matching volleyball shorts this season. they are 2 inches long and so they bearly make it past the crotch. I want to lose the cellulite so my legs look decent in them and so i dont have "cottage cheese thighs" they arent too bad but they need a little work. And is there any workout where I can tone them up and thine them down alot? Thanks!

stop eating so much and eat healthy, drink mostly water, exercise and hour a day 4-6 days a week.
do lots of cardio to burn off the fat (cellulite is fat).. running would be a GREAT option, it will burn fat and calories AND tone your legs at the same time.. I am a runner, and I absolutely love it.. Its the ultimate cardio.. Remember to drink lots and lots of water to stay hydrated and flush the toxins out of your body :) you can also do squats and lunges which REALLY work your entire legs.. start slow so that you do not injure yourself and remember to warm up/cool down, and to stretch.. YES!!!!!! the work out is called Brazil butt lift and there is 3 videos in the thing and "bum bum" really tones your thighs u will being like really muscular in like 2 times of doing the work out GIRL TRUST ME NO JOKE I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND MY LEGS ARE AWESOME NOW!!
