no way who said that?... keep away from any kind of oils if you want to reduce fats from any part of the body. do not eat it, dn't rub it and do not massage it.

well idk if coconut oil will do the job. Try using Bio-Oil. It's great stuff, you can almost get rid of skin problems. It's a bit on the pricey side but trust me it works great.
