Female hormones, for one, should be tackled.
Female hormones and cellulite
Female hormones as cellulite causes provide a lot of essential facts to women. There are several phases of a woman’s life requiring setting of plans and goals so that every health condition may be addressed. Cellulite is not actually threatening but the sight is bothersome. It leads to issues of lack of self-esteem and depression. To help women, here are the several phases of life resulting to the problem:
1. Puberty. This stage happens in both young girls and boys. The changes in the body are seen more in the former than in the latter. During this phase in ones life, young girls develop larger breasts and buttocks. Even the thighs and the arms are affected. This hormonal change leads to cellulite formation basically because of the sudden transformation in the body.
2. Pregnancy. Again, women have hormonal issues during pregnancy. The changes that transpire during this stage lead to a lot of skin problems including acne and cellulite. During the several stages of misconception, women develop even larger bust lines, bottoms and other body parts. The food they eat during the entire period affects cellulite build up as well. The enlargement of all the body areas cannot be addressed immediately after giving birth though for some lucky women, cellulite is not a problem.
3. Aging. Female hormones leave different stress points and pressures in the different stages that a woman undergoes. As she ages, there is that great tendency that what happened in the past affects how she will look in the future. In preparation for this fact leaving a good lifestyle without the hassles and burdens will help prevent cellulite. Otherwise, acceptance for the occurrence should be in mind.
4. Menopause. This is another stage in a woman’s life greatly affected by female hormones. A lot of things take place from mood swings and emotional stress to depression and anxiety. This may be a downfall for a lot of women who cannot cope with the sudden transformation. The tendency is that anyone affected may no longer get the chance to take care of herself thus the ugly sight of cellulite invades several of the body areas.
These stages may not be avoided by women except for pregnancy where not all of the members of the female group are given the chance to conceive. The only thing advised for women to do is to learn how to cope and accept things lightly. Any female hormonal activity when heightened could lead to greater possibilities of cellulite formation.
