2. Vegetables. Raw and cooked vegetables are also recommended in your daily diet. However, as much as possible, you should eat uncooked vegetables because its vitamins and minerals are not destroyed due to cooking. Just like fresh fruits, fresh vegetables are loaded with nutrients that your body needs. The vegetables that are mostly recommended to be eaten raw are radishes, carrots, tomatoes, leeks, turnips, onions, watercress, string beans, and lettuce. The fresher the vegetables the better because frozen vegetables also losses its nutrients at some degree.
3. Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juices. Vegetables and fruits that are made into juices are useful not only to the cellulite problem, but also to the detoxification and cleansing process. The intake of fruit juices must be on a limited amount because it can trigger the increase of blood sugar levels due to its natural sugar that comes out when it is processed.
4. Water. This is the most important thing you can add to your daily diet. Water is considered the fountain of life because it is very useful in your overall health. Without water you will be dehydrated and your skin will look dry, wrinkled and old. It is recommended that you should drink at least eight glasses of water daily, but some people are just taking this advice for granted. If you want to add some flavor to water in order to make it taste good in your palate, you can add a small amount of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar into it.
Drinking water is not recommended while you are eating. This hinders the total digestion of your food and it can obstruct the function of your gastric juice. You must drink water at least 15 minutes before and after your regular meal so that you will not have to crave for water when you are eating. If you are used to drinking tea or coffee after you have eaten, try to wait for at least two hours before you have it so that your digestion process will not be affected.
