Not all people may know the essence of breathing to cellulite removal. Yes, these two things are intertwined. Here are some breathing exercises that could be of help in your body’s waste disposal.
Some people may doubt about the efficacy and the relationship of doing proper breathing exercises to combat cellulite. However, in the holistic sense the procedure is something that will work wonders for every individual faced with the ugly sight. You have to be very aware on how breathing changes your life in its entirety.
Breathing and cellulite removal
Breathing is said to be one of the ways by which toxins can be removed from the body. Oftentimes, the digestive system has the main function of providing the cleansing of the entire body. However, your lungs are as essential as the said system in performing the function.
There are a lot of facts you may not know about breathing and the way it functions. The most common thing you may know is that when you stop breathing for a while, death is a possibility. You breathe at least 14 times in a minute on the average. When you perform several physical activities and your body is active with work, the rate increases. As you become relaxed especially when you sleep, it decreases as well.
Checking on the way you breathe contributes to proper waste disposal. The procedure is actually very easy. Just do it occasionally for the entire day and once you notice that there is some slight shortness of breath, breathe slowly and deeply.
Breathing exercise
All you may know about breathing exercise is inhaling and exhaling without proper counting. If you want to address other issues, you have to take note of the steps you could follow. Proper breathing exercise may be executed by means of the following guides:
1. Exhaling. This procedure is done by putting your hand on top of your ribs. The results may be best achieved whether you are sitting, standing or lying in bed.
2. Inhaling. Once you have completed the first step, start inhaling. Use your nose not your mouth with which you are accustomed to. Count to seven as you breathe through your nose and to expand your chest, the same number of counts shall be considered as well.
3. Holding of breath. This is usually experienced during yoga exercises. For the regular breathing exercise, hold your breath for a few seconds. You can count up to three during this stage and you will feel comfortable about it.
4. Exhale again. After completing the three steps, you may exhale through your nose. In doing so, you have to consider three things. First, do the procedure for fifteen seconds. Next, you have to see to it that your stomach is tucked in. Lastly, make sure that your chest had been deflated of the air that had filled it during the step where you need to inhale.
These simple breathing exercises will surely be beneficial to the body. Practicing this at least for several minutes in a day at your most convenient time could improve your health. This will help you eliminate body wastes which when not addressed will result to cellulite formation.
