Constipation is one of the factors related to cellulite. If you want to avoid the latter, you have to address the concerns of the former. There are things that associate the two together.
Traditionally, our forefathers’ basis for declaring a person constipated is the length of time by which he does not undergo bowel movement. Three days of non-bowel movement means that a person is constipated. However, this belief had been retracted these days especially because a person should at least have one bowel movement a day.
In this regard, constipation and cellulite become intertwined. There are several effects of the condition which results to the ugly sight. With the bad things that a person is experiencing during this state, other skin concerns may come along the way. There is then a need to know about the various causes of constipation to know its relation with cellulite.
Causes of constipation
Constipation results to hardness and dryness of the stools. When you are constipated, the tendency is that you feel heavy inside thus causing headache, skin manifestations and even foul breath. Here are the causes of constipation in relation to cellulite:

The water you lose everyday should also be replenished to avoid dehydration. If you do not take the right amount, it may lead to constipation thus resulting to cellulite formation.
3. Exercise. Lack of exercise is one of the causes of cellulite build-up in the body. The same problem leads to constipation. You have to take note that doing at least a favorable routine that will not stress you will make you healthier. You must workout not only to avoid cellulite but also for you to have regular bowel movements. There are a lot of things you can derive from daily exercise.
4. Stress. This is another fact that affects cellulite growth in the body. With too much stress, there is also a great chance of not being able to address other concerns such as constipation. Under this state, the muscles tend to be tired that it could not function very well. When this happens, the digestive system becomes tensed as well. If you want to prevent both cellulite and constipation, please make it a point to avoid stress.
If you want to start focusing on your appearance and get rid of cellulite, you must also be very particular with addressing the concerns of constipation.
