1. Make your room warm so that you can do your body wrap comfortably and peacefully for at least an hour.
2. Make sure that no one will disturb you during the process.
3. Buy two plastic drop sheets. One to be placed on your tub and the other sheet for you to lie on.
4. Make a layer of blankets where you can stay warm during the body wrap treatment.
5. You can also light candles with essential oils or listen to relaxing music so that the ambience will be peaceful and comforting.
6. Before you perform body wrap treatment, it is a must that you have a warm shower first so that your pores are open.
7. You must also drink a lot of liquid which is useful in washing out the toxins and breaking down the body fat, before, during and after your body wrap treatment.
8. The homemade body wrap must be done once a week for 6 consecutive weeks and once a month thereafter to maintain the result.
Procedures for homemade cellulite wraps
Making your own cellulite wrap is easy. Here are the procedures you are required to follow:
1. Boil 8 cups of purified water then add the ingredients you had chosen for body wraps.
2. Let the blend to cool until it is secured to be touched - usually around 10 to 15 minutes after taking off the heat.
3. Soak the towel at the mixture alternately before wrapping into your body beginning from your ankle up to your neck.
4. Utilize the length of your towel to wrap around your legs up to your chest and upper back by crisscross pattern.

Sea vegetable body wraps are also recommended. For seaweed vegetable wrap, you can prepare 2 cups of clay that is suited to your skin type. Combine it with a cup each of sea salt, and pulverized sea vegetable of your choice. The recommended sea vegetables are Kelp and Dulse.
